About the role

A professional and caring Wellness Therapist who provides high-quality wellness and relaxation treatments while ensuring clients feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on skills, good knowledge of wellness therapies, and excellent customer service.

What you will be doing

  • Provide professional wellness and relaxation treatments according to client requirements.
  • Perform various massage therapies and body treatments.
  • Conduct client consultations before treatments.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable wellness treatments.
  • Prepare treatment rooms and ensure a clean, calm, and relaxing environment.
  • Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
  • Use appropriate massage techniques, oils, products, and equipment.
  • Ensure clients are comfortable throughout the treatment.
  • Provide appropriate aftercare and wellness advice.
  • Maintain client treatment records where required.
  • Recommend suitable wellness and body-care products.
  • Maintain and properly clean treatment equipment and work areas.
  • Follow salon and wellness center procedures and service standards.
  • Build positive relationships with clients and encourage repeat visits.
  • Keep updated with modern wellness treatments, techniques, and industry trends.

What we are looking for

  • Previous experience as a Wellness Therapist, Massage Therapist, Spa Therapist, or similar role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of professional massage and wellness treatments.
  • Relevant wellness, massage therapy, beauty therapy, or spa qualification is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and treatment safety.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused personality.
  • Strong hands-on skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand individual client requirements.
  • Good physical stamina and ability to perform treatments for extended periods.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional appearance and personal grooming.
  • Willingness to learn new wellness treatments and techniques.
