About the role

What you will be doing

• Provide professional waxing services for different areas of the body and face.
• Perform full-body, bikini, facial, eyebrow, underarm, leg, arm, and other waxing treatments.
• Consult with clients to understand their requirements and recommend suitable services.
• Prepare clients and the treatment area before each service.
• Follow proper waxing techniques to minimize discomfort and achieve smooth results.
• Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards at all times.
• Properly clean and sanitize treatment rooms, equipment, and workstations.
• Check clients for skin sensitivity or conditions before performing treatments.
• Provide clients with appropriate post-waxing care and aftercare advice.
• Maintain a professional appearance and deliver a welcoming customer experience.
• Recommend suitable skincare and aftercare products when appropriate.
• Follow salon procedures, safety guidelines, and service standards.

What we are looking for

• Previous experience as a Wax Technician or Beauty Therapist is preferred.
• Good knowledge of professional waxing techniques and procedures.
• Knowledge of facial and body waxing services.
• Strong attention to detail and good hand skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and treatments.
• Relevant beauty therapy or waxing qualification is an advantage.
