About the role

What you will be doing

• Provide professional eyelash and eyebrow treatments according to client requirements.
• Perform eyelash extensions, lash lifts, and lash tinting.
• Perform eyebrow shaping, threading, waxing, tinting, and styling.
• Provide brow lamination and other advanced brow treatments.
• Conduct client consultations to understand their desired look.
• Assess clients' natural lashes and brows and recommend suitable treatments.
• Perform patch tests where required and follow appropriate safety procedures.
• Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Properly clean and sanitize tools, equipment, and treatment areas.
• Ensure treatments are performed safely and comfortably.
• Provide clients with proper lash and brow aftercare instructions.
• Recommend suitable aftercare products when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate client treatment records when required.
• Keep up to date with the latest lash, brow techniques, trends, and products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment area.
• Build strong relationships with clients and encourage repeat appointments.
• Follow salon policies, safety procedures, and service standards.

What we are looking for

• Previous experience as a Lash Artist, Brow Artist, Beauty Therapist, or Beautician is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of eyelash and eyebrow treatments.
• Experience with lash extensions, lash lifts, brow shaping, tinting, and brow lamination.
• Relevant beauty therapy or lash and brow qualification is an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision.
• Good knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and treatment safety.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused personality.
• Good hand-eye coordination and steady hands.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality results.
• Professional appearance and personal grooming.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
