About the role

We are looking for a talented, creative, and customer-focused Hairdresser to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of hair cutting, styling, coloring, and treatment services, with a passion for creating high-quality results and delivering an excellent client experience.

What you will be doing

  • Provide professional hair cutting, styling, and treatment services.
  • Perform ladies' and men's haircuts according to client preferences.
  • Provide blow-drying, straightening, curling, and hair styling services.
  • Perform hair coloring, highlights, lowlights, balayage, and other coloring techniques.
  • Provide hair treatments such as keratin, smoothing, conditioning, and repair treatments.
  • Conduct client consultations and recommend suitable hairstyles and treatments.
  • Assess hair condition and recommend appropriate products and treatments.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Properly clean and sanitize tools, equipment, and workstations.
  • Provide clients with hair-care and aftercare advice.
  • Recommend suitable professional hair-care products.
  • Keep up to date with current hairstyles, techniques, trends, and products.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional salon environment.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and encourage repeat visits.
  • Follow salon procedures, safety guidelines, and service standards.

What we are looking for

  • Previous experience as a Hairdresser, Hairstylist, or Hair Technician is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of professional hairdressing techniques.
  • Experience in cutting, styling, coloring, and hair treatments.
  • Knowledge of different hair types, textures, and suitable treatments.
  • Relevant hairdressing or cosmetology qualification is an advantage.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Creative approach with strong attention to detail.
  • Good hand skills and ability to work efficiently.
  • Ability to understand and deliver clients' desired hairstyles.
  • Professional appearance and personal grooming.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn new techniques and stay updated with hair trends.
