About the role

Noeline’s (Pvt) Ltd is looking for motivated and professional Female Wellness Therapists to join our team in Colombo and Negombo. We welcome both enthusiastic candidates who wish to begin a career in the wellness and beauty industry and experienced therapists who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and high-quality wellness treatments.

What you will be doing

  • Perform wellness treatments, including full-body massages and other wellness therapies, according to company standards and training.
  • Welcome clients professionally and provide a comfortable, relaxing, and hygienic treatment experience.
  • Assess clients’ needs and recommend suitable treatments within the scope of training and qualifications.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper sanitation of treatment rooms, equipment, and tools.
  • Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all products and supplies are available before appointments.
  • Follow company procedures, client privacy requirements, and professional standards.
  • Maintain accurate client records and appointment details where required.
  • Support the team in achieving customer satisfaction and maintaining service quality.
  • Follow health, safety, and workplace policies.

What we are looking for

For Trainees

- Genuine interest in wellness, massage therapy, and the beauty industry. - Willingness to learn and complete the company’s training programme. - Good communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude. - Ability to work responsibly as part of a team. - No previous experience required; training will be provided.

For Experienced Candidates

- Previous experience in wellness therapy, massage therapy, or a related field is preferred. - Knowledge of massage techniques, wellness treatments, hygiene, and client care. - Relevant qualifications or professional training will be an advantage. - Ability to deliver quality treatments and maintain professional service standards.

For All Candidates

- Female candidates only for this position. - Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong customer-service skills. - Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required. - Willingness to work at either the Colombo or Negombo branch, depending on placement. - Commitment to completing the required training and following company policies.
