About the role

What you will be doing

• Provide professional beauty treatments according to client requirements.
• Perform facials, cleansing, threading, waxing, and other beauty treatments.
• Provide eyebrow shaping and facial hair removal services.
• Perform manicure and pedicure services when required.
• Conduct client consultations and recommend suitable treatments.
• Assess clients' skin and recommend appropriate skincare treatments and products.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation.
• Properly clean and sanitize tools, equipment, and treatment areas.
• Provide clients with suitable skincare and beauty aftercare advice.
• Recommend appropriate beauty and skincare products.
• Maintain accurate client treatment records when required.
• Ensure the treatment area is clean, organized, and professionally presented.
• Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
• Follow salon policies, safety procedures, and service standards.

What we are looking for

• Previous experience as a Beautician or Beauty Therapist is preferred.
• Good knowledge of facial, waxing, threading, skincare, manicure, and pedicure services.
• Relevant beauty therapy or cosmetology qualification is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of hygiene and sanitation procedures.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented personality.
• Strong attention to detail and good hand skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good time management and ability to handle multiple clients.
• Willingness to learn new treatments, techniques, and products.
• Professional appearance and personal grooming.
