About the role

What you will be doing

• Provide a wide range of professional beauty treatments according to client requirements.
• Perform facials, waxing, threading, eyebrow shaping, and other beauty services.
• Provide manicure and pedicure services.
• Perform basic nail care and nail treatments.
• Provide eyelash and eyebrow services where qualified.
• Assist with hair washing, blow-drying, styling, and basic hair services when required.
• Conduct client consultations and recommend suitable treatments.
• Assess clients' skin, hair, nails, lashes, and brows and recommend appropriate services.
• Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Clean and sanitize tools, equipment, treatment rooms, and workstations.
• Provide appropriate aftercare advice to clients.
• Recommend suitable beauty, skincare, haircare, and aftercare products.
• Maintain accurate client treatment records when required.
• Keep up to date with current beauty trends, techniques, and products.
• Support other team members during busy periods.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional salon environment.
• Build positive relationships with clients and encourage repeat appointments.
• Follow salon policies, safety procedures, and service standards.

What we are looking for

• Previous experience as a Beautician, Beauty Therapist, Beauty All-Rounder, or similar role is preferred.
• Experience in multiple beauty services such as facials, waxing, threading, manicure, pedicure, or lash and brow treatments.
• Knowledge of professional beauty products and treatment procedures.
• Relevant beauty therapy or cosmetology qualification is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused personality.
• Strong attention to detail and good hand skills.
• Ability to provide multiple services while maintaining quality standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good time management and ability to manage multiple clients.
• Professional appearance and personal grooming.
• Willingness to learn new treatments, techniques, and products.
