About the role

Noeline’s (Pvt) Ltd is looking for passionate, creative, and motivated Female Hair, Beauty & Nail All-Rounders to join our growing team in Galle, Negombo, and Kandy. We welcome both trainees who are eager to start a career in the beauty industry and experienced professionals who can deliver high-quality hair, beauty, and nail services while providing excellent customer care.

What you will be doing

  • Perform hair services, including hair washing, blow-drying, styling, and other treatments according to training and experience.
  • Provide beauty services such as facials, waxing, threading, and other salon treatments within the candidate’s qualifications.
  • Perform nail services, including manicures, pedicures, nail polish application, and nail art where qualified.
  • Welcome clients, understand their preferences, and recommend suitable services and products.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness throughout the salon.
  • Prepare workstations, tools, equipment, and products before treatments.
  • Follow proper hygiene and safety procedures when handling salon tools and products.
  • Maintain client privacy and provide a friendly, professional customer experience.
  • Support daily salon operations, appointments, and product management when required.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Stay updated on current hair, beauty, and nail trends and techniques.

What we are looking for

Genuine interest in hair, beauty, nails, and personal care. Previous salon experience is an advantage but not essential for trainees. Relevant qualifications or professional training will be an added advantage. Willingness to learn new techniques and complete the required training. Good communication skills and a professional attitude. Ability to work as part of a team and provide excellent customer service. Willingness to work in weekends and public holidays when required.
