Our salons are busy — back-to-back appointments, guests who have been coming to us for years — and we would not have it any other way. What holds it all together is a team that genuinely looks out for each other, from covering a shift at short notice to celebrating every work anniversary.
We are ISO 9001:2015 certified, which is rare in this industry and something the whole team takes real pride in. Immaculate hygiene is not a poster on the wall here — it is how everyone is trained from day one.
We hire for warmth and give real training in return. Several of our senior stylists and therapists started with us as apprentices, and stayed because the growth kept coming.

How our hiring works
Four steps, and we tell you where you stand at each one.
- Apply online. Upload your CV and answer a few role-specific questions. Around ten minutes.
- We review. Within five working days you will hear from us either way.
- Interview. A conversation plus, for technical roles, a practical assessment. We tell you what to bring.
- Decision. Within a week of your final interview, with feedback if you interviewed.
